Kimberly and "Tucker": Harford County, Maryland

Linda,

I was on your website and saw the section from people who have had positive results and thought, "Man, I just have to send her an email".

I adopted Tucker from the Harford County Humane Society in March of 2006. He was 4 months old when I adopted him. He was such a wonderful addition to the family, but after three months of working diligently with him in regards to "potty training" I fully expected him to not void in my home. Not only was he voiding in the house, he was urinating on my bed!

I was at my wits end. I contacted the Harford Shelter and they put me in touch with you. Your direction was PRICELESS!! Not only did he stop with his voiding issues, but we were able to address other behavior issues as well (getting into trash cans). I then decided to partake in your Basic Training class. Now keep in mind I had already taken him through basic training at PetSmart. Your direction and training blew me away! I was amazed at how much we both learned!

Tucker is now 2 years old and he is a sweetheart. To this day I still receive comments on how well behaved he is. I take him to my girls' sporting events and he sits right next to me. If we are greeted and kids ask to pet him, I tell them that he has to sit first to be greeted. He goes right into position and takes his "admiration". I recommend you to everyone who wants help!

I can assure you that Tucker is a better "boy" becasue of your training and dedication. I thank God that we met you. Keep up what you are doing, you are a Godsend!

Franklin and 'Ted': Adams County, Pennsylvania

I have to hand it to you for doing what could "not be done" with our German Shepherd, Teddy! We were about to give up hope with his obnoxious and aggressive behavior!

We watch the "Dog Whisperer" show on National Geographic with Ceasar Millan all the time and when Cesar came to Maryland last fall, my wife Anna talked me into going. It gave us hope that Ted's problems were still fix-able, even after all of the other training we had tried. I really feared getting kicked out of yet another group training class! It was as close to a miracle as a human can come with a dog I guess, watching you work with him on that very first day.

I still cannot BELIEVE that the dog you met last fall is the same dog! I can't recommend you enough to my friends and family.  Thank you for saving us and our dog Teddy!

Jamie and 'Brodie': Harford County, MD.

Hey Linda! A couple hours after you left, Brody and I hit the backyard. It went so-so. I had this sinking feeling it wasn't going to work because you weren't here. When I came in Don had been watching and asked who was walking who! (easy for him to comment when he's not in the thick of it!). Not to be defeated, Brody and I hit the court. My spirits rose! We walked up and down the court quite well. He kept by my side more than not! Now to the very good thing...After Matthew's birthday dinner I had to return a movie to Hollywood (it's in the shopping center at the other end of the development). I decided to walk and take Brody with me. It was amazing! I wasn't planning on practicing our techniques, it was purely for the exercise. Brody was amazing! I had most of the leash in my right hand because I wanted more control by the road, but the leash was loose. So loose I had to watch I didn't trip over it dragging between us. He stayed right by my side 90% of the time. He even stopped at each court with me to look for cars. Feb. 8th we will have had him for 1 year. Never ever before has he walked like this. Let me repeat, never before. I was so proud! Tonight I had a handsome and well-behaved dog.Too bad it was too dark for everyone to see what I saw! Wish me luck tomorrow..I just had to brag a little! Thanks for everything.

'JaMaica' and Scott: York County, Pennsylvania

My wife and I wanted to personally thank you for all of the hard work and effort you made to help us with our Weimeraner, JaMaica!  She was so AWFUL when we first met you, I really thought we had no hope what-so-ever!

I am so glad that we can leave her at large in the house now without fear that she will eat our furniture or destroy our home.  My only issue is that we should have started when she was much younger!  We get so many complements now that she is so easy to be around.  People are always asking us if she came that way!  People that know us know the truth!

You and your hard work with us have been such a God-Send.  Jan and I were so close to giving up on JaMaica before you came along.

Thanks again!

'Scrappy' and Dawn: Harford County, Maryland

I'm so sorry Scrappy had to miss his graduation from training class. I was hired by a company in Brooklyn so there was no way I could make the last few classes, however I did want you to know how much I appreciated and enjoyed the training! Your training methods are top notch, the behavior change in Scrappy far exceeded my expectations going into the classes.  I would recommend you to anyone in need of dog training.  I know I need to continue his training but feel that Scrappy is off to an excellent start because of the training techniques I learned in your class.

Marion and 'Beau':  York County, Pennsylvania

Linda, Beau has had such a breakthrough today! Beautiful, long sit-stays and down-stays!! Timed on the clock to be a couple of minutes. I'm so excited, there's a change in the quality of his attention, I feel like he knows what I want! Thanks!
