Residency Board and Train

Coeur d' Lion's Residency Board and Train Service featuring the UNLEASHED ADVANTAGE is the hallmark of our dog obedience training programs..

Our Premier Board and Train UNLEASHED ADVANTAGE is offered to the dog owner who wants a well-trained pet, but is limited by work or travel committments to participate in the training process. Your dog will board in a secure environment in my home and is integrated into the household as if he were one of my own dogs. The training process includes travel accommodations to different training venues where your dog will receive socialization and training at one of the many dog obedience training locations frequented by Coeur d' Lion weekly, as well as daily training as one of the "resident" dogs. He will live in my home, and enjoy the same priveledges as my own dogs while learning how to be a calm, obedient companion.

The Residency, Board and Train dog training services featuring the UNLEASHED ADVANTAGE are custom tailored to the needs of each individual and are remarkably successful! The duration of training is specific to the behavior problems and/or obedience training being addressed and success is GUARANTEED by LIFETIME FOLLOW-UP for as long as you own your dog and LIFETIME INVITATION at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE to any of the group dog training classes conducted by Coeur d' Lion yearly.

*NOTE* Owners WILL BE REQUIRED to PARTICIPATE in Scheduled follow-up training with their dogs in order to better understand how to manage their TRAINED DOG

Coeur d' Lion will provide e-mail updates or video coverage documenting the ENTIRE TRAINING PROCESS as a permanent record of your dogs' progress and training on request.

Cost of Training your dog, with the UNLEASHED ADVANTAGE:

Starting at $1350.00 for thirty days or $45.00 per day, two private training sessions during the residency and two private training sessions after residency is complete.  The additional benefit of a Private training program for owners!

Behavior problems identified prior to the beginning of Residency training are contracted at different rates for different lengths of time depending on the nature and severity of the behavior. Certain restrictions apply. Assessment must be conducted by Coeur d'Lion prior to any agreement. 

This Training Program is GUARANTEED with LIFETIME support and LIFETIME INVITATION to any of the Group Classes conducted by Coeur d' Lion K9 Behavior Management for as long as you own your dog, at NO ADDITIONAL COST.

PRIVATE TRAINING

EXCEL-erated Dog Training:

Coeur d'Lion's Personalized in-home dog training programs featuring EXCEL-erated Training are custom designed to address the dog behavior problems you may be experiencing on a ONE-ON-ONE basis. This type of training provides you with individual dog obedience training instruction that you may not receive in a group class environment, in the comfort and privacy of your own home.

Our Private, In Home Dog Training Package covers the 6 Basic Obedience commands essential to establishing leadership and control of your dog in the environment where most problems are likely to occur; in your home. Behavior problems are addressed in depth during these Personalized dog training sessions while you are instructed how to teach your dog to be a calm, controlled companion. You will learn how to effectively control your dog ON AND OFF LEAD under any number of distractions including the presence of other dogs, automobiles, strangers and other triggers that may elicit inappropriate behavior in your dog.

This Premier In Home Dog Training Program provides all of the above in a reasonable time frame, is comprehensive for both owners and dogs and affords an ease of use that enables owners to enjoy their dogs in a way that nature intended, off leash or on. WITHIN DAYS! Stress free training that is unequalled in it's ability to communicate HUMANELY and EFFECTIVELY in half the time it takes for any other form of training.

The use of Electronic Dog Training Collars has come light-years from the old "shock collar" mentality of years ago.  Learn to use it as a tool of elegant and humane communication and accomplish your training goals in less time, with more reliable results! 

The cost of training your dog with the EXCEL-erated Dog Training program :

Starting at $670.00 incudes initial Behavior Consult (see below), a minimum of 5 weekly training sessions, 30 foot light line, 15 foot long line, 6 foot training lead, training collar.

Electronic Training Equipment is OPTIONAL and will be made available for purchase at cost.

This Training Program is GUARANTEED with LIFETIME support and LIFETIME INVITATION to any Group Classes conducted by Coeur d' Lion K9 Behavior Management for as long as you own your dog, at NO ADDITIONAL COST.

Private, In-Home Training sessions are available weekdays and weekends. Limited evening availability.  Additional discounts for Private training conducted at Coeur D' Lion's Training Center.  Call for details. 

Vacation and Dog Day Care Training

Dog Day Care and Training at "Camp Cotton" is an option for the working owner who may feel guilty about leaving their dog 'home alone' all day, or the vacationer looking forward to that few weeks away under the sun or at the slopes. At Coeur d' Lion's Dog Daycare and Training at "Camp Cotton", dogs are enrolled in the Residency, Board and Train program featuring the UNLEASHED ADVANTAGE or EXCEL-erated Training programs, where their skills are improved daily through work with a professional dog trainer. Instead of letting your dog languish in a kennel for your next vacation, he can spend his at my home where he will be trained in an environment that maximizes his ability to learn skills that easily transfer to the owners in their own home. Your dog is working his muscles and his mind either on long, multiple daily walks or playing with other dogs in a social setting. He goes home tired and happy, while having learned the basic obedience commands necessary to keep him a calm and controllable companion!

You get the benefit of having your dog trained DAILY by a professional dog trainer and you also get the additional benefit of having had your dog ACTIVE all day long so when he goes home, he's not making you insane for attention!

The cost of training your dog through Vacation Board and Train Programs:

DAILY: $55.00 per day for drop-off between the hours of 6AM and 7AM, EST. Pick-up must be BY 5:00 PM or an additional $10.00 per 15 minute charge will be added.

Dog Daycare only: Available to graduates of Coeur d'Lion K9's UNLEASHED ADVANTAGE or EXCEL-erated Training Programs

DAILY: $25.00 per day for drop-off between the hours of 6AM and 7AM, EST. Pick-up must be BY 5:00 PM or an additional $10.00 per 15 minute charge will be added.

WEEKLY: SAVE $20.00 by enrolling your dog weekly! $105.00 for 5 days. Same Drop-off and Pick-up rules apply.

MULTIPLE WEEKS: SAVE an additional  $10.00 by enrolling in our Multi Week Program. Two Weeks at 200.00. Same Drop-off and Pick-up rules apply.
